Our support technicians are available to you by phone, and can often solve many technical issues by remote access to provide a timely solution. Aurora Systems offers two support programs, Primary and Emergency, to insure complete customer care and satisfaction with VisuaLab.
PRIMARY
- System Support via a remote connection
- Covers questions about installation/configuration and the general use of VisuaLab
- Includes program updates for current version of VisuaLab
- Coverage times are from 8:00-5:00 EST, M-F (excluding major Holidays)
- One-year agreement

EMERGENCY
- Provides Technical Support 24 hours a day/365 days a year
- Requires a subscription to the Primary Maintenance Agreement
- One-year agreement
